Description: Due to the wide spread teaching of the "1000 years of pain" elder ninjas retaliated with a belt to stop it once and for all. Blocking the rectal and reproductive area it proves to be extremely effective. The belt comes for both genders and in many festive colors such ad hotrod pink and sky blue. The chastity belt has an iron cast waist with a combination code lock on the front. A Kevlar cloth strip with a fitted stiff steel plate protecting the anus goes between the legs. As for front a snug cup is sewn into the Kevlar.

Description: Kanaami is a type of thin mesh shirt made from lightweight metals and small amounts of steel to be worn under typical clothing. This minor armoring offers some protection against sharp attacks like swords, kunai, and shuriken. It could also offer some scant protection against punches, kicks, and some weaker Taijutsu techniques.

Effect: A Pouch that allows the user to simply hold in Wire, Hemp Rope, or Silk Rope without it being bulky. This helps the user to pull out the rope in which may be needed quite easily.

Drawback: No matter what rank, this item can only carry Wire, Hemp Rope, or Silk Rope. Bulky, weight may vary.
Description: An item used to hold rope. It appears as a three dimensional donut shape, inflated like an inner tube. ‘D’ ranked versions of this item are three inches wide, have a diameter of seven inches, and may carry up to ten slots of Wire, or Rope. ‘C’ ranked versions of this item are four inches wide, have a diameter of nine inches, and may carry up to twenty slots of Wire, or Rope. ‘B’ ranked versions of this item are five inches wide, and have a diameter of eleven inches. This item works by use of a small crank, which is located on one side, that pulls rope into the pouch, locking it into place. It is capable of carrying thirty slots of rope. Rope being pulled in fits snuggly, as it’s held around a center bar, before being tied in by itself. This rope is locked in, and cannot be released, except by releasing a switch that’s located under the crank, which allows it to be pulled out freely until the switch is pulled again.

Effect: A special Capsule designed to warm the body from extreme sudden cold temperatures.

Drawback: When used can not be recovered.
Description: A small ball like capsule that reacts to sudden cold. When a body becomes frozen, or becomes extremely cold to the point that the human body can not handle, the capsule activates. When activate it emits out a strong heat wave that is sent throughout the body. This warms up the body, capable of melting through all types of ice. When the body becomes normal heat signature the Capsule stops working and dissolves.

Description: Ties that are a good two feet in length. A zip tie consists of a sturdy metallic tape with an integrated gear rack, and on one end a ratchet within a small open case. Once the pointed tip of the cable tie has been pulled through the case and past the ratchet, it is prevented from being pulled back; the resulting loop may only be pulled tighter. In two of its most common uses, this allows several cables to be bound together into a cable tree, or to be used as makeshift handcuffs. They are designed to dig when pulled making them hard to break out unless cut open.

Drawback: Problems with this Goo Capsule are the serious risk of smothering the subject, skin clean-up, and capable of being cut through once it hardens. Flammable.
Description: Sticky foam is an incapacitant, used when less lethal force is required, consisting of various extremely tacky and/or tenacious materials carried in compressed form with a propellant and used to block, entangle, and impair individuals. A sticky foam placed and conducted in a small capsle the size of one inch in diameter. When thrown the capsule explodes out releasing the foam capable of covering a good 1 meter. Takes an amount of 1 round to harden.

Effect: A flashlight (also called an electric torch or torch) is a portable electric spotlight which emits light from a small incandescent lightbulb. Depending on the size of the Flashlight depends on the cost.

Description: Small, Large, Huge, Gargantuan, While most flashlights are intended to be held in the hand, there are also helmet-mounted flashlights designed for miners and campers. Some types of flashlights can be powered by hand-cranked dynamos or electromagnetic induction. A typical flashlight consists of a small incandescent lightbulb with associated parabolic reflector, powered by electric batteries, and with an electric power switch. The components are mounted in a housing that contains the necessary electric circuit and provides ease of handling, a means of access to the batteries for replacement, and a clear covering over the lightbulb for its protection. The small is the size of a finger, the medium are the size of a hand, the large is the size of a normal flashlight. The Huge are the ones carried with the hand and are bulky. The Gargantuan are the ones that can not be carried but placed on buildings.

Description: Picture There are different things within the Lock Picking Tool Kit. The tension wrench, is used to apply torque to the lock plug to keep pins from being pushed back down by springs after they are correctly set at the shear line. It is usually anywhere from 1/16th inch to 1/8th inch wide, bent into an L, and occasionally has a quarter twist on the long side. The hook pick is self explanatory, it is similar to the half diamond pick, but has a hook shaped tip rather than a half diamond shape. The hook pick is sometimes referred to as a 'feeler' and is generally used to lift the pins individually, rather than 'rake' them simultaneously. A warded pick is a device for opening warded locks. It is generally made to conform to a generalized key shape relatively simpler than the actual key used to open the lock; this simpler shape allows for internal manipulations.

Drawback: Key is only capable of being used ten times before the teeth of the key locks in place and is unusable.
Description: A skeleton key is either a key that has been altered in such a way as to bypass the security measures placed inside any warded lock, or another name for a 'bit' type key. The key has different levers and latches that is the teeth of the key. When placed within a lock the levers move inwards to comfort the key hole when needed.

Description: A multi-tool is a portable, versatile hand tool that combines several individual tool functions in a single grip or in the shape of a credit card. Multi-tools are small enough to be carried in a trouser pocket or wallet. Many models also come with a pouch to wear them on the belt.The actual version supplied to the Multi-Tool includes a knife blade, a reamer, a bottle-opener/screwdriver/wire stripper, and a can-opener/screwdriver. Another well-known type is based on a pair of strong folding pliers, usually with wire cutters, and also has a folding knife blade as well as assorted other folding tools.

Description: A simple container made out of different styles of material needed to carry some sort of liquid or perhaps pebble like substances within the container. They range into different sizes such as small, medium and large. The Small are small containers capable of fitting along the sides that is that of a pouch. The Medium is something more larger that ranges from two feet to three feet in length that may fit along the back as if it was some sort of backpack. The Large is a massive sized gourd that takes up the size of a body.
Limit: These types of weapons may be capable of being bought inside any Weapon Shop

Effect: Small bells which can have various purposes. Some of these examples are mind-tricks and even real illusions.

Description: These bells, most often used to tie to needles, kunai or just wire, are most often used to cast genjutsu on the opponent. Besides that they can make the opponent believe something is there, while it actually isn't and vice versa.

Kaen no Gikami (Flame of a God)

Effect: Causes fire when it comes into contact with water.
Special: 3 slots each

Description: Kaen no Gikami is a gel that is carried in a leather flask. When this gel comes in contact with water it produces a brilliant fire. The only way to extinguish the gel is for it to either burn up (takes three posts) or for all the water moisture to be used that is in contact with the gel. If a shinobi were to use all of the gel at once then a huge fire would be produced. (6 posts to burn out)

Sake

Effect: This allows the user to get drunk, and allows a drunken fighter to become stronger, to become more endurance in hand to hand combat that deals with Bludgeoning, and elemental attacks that does not deal with drawing blood, such as piercing, or slashing.
Special: Must buy at an Alcoholic location such as an Inn, or a Shop that carries Sake.
Drawback: If to much is consumed the user will be exposed to Alcohol Poisoning. A "D" Class User has an Alcohol exposure of 5 Liters. If the user drinks past the Liters they undergo Alcohol Poisoning. They first pass out, and in a matter of ten posts without getting medical treatment, they die. "C" Class the User is capable of drinking 7 Liters without the effect of Alcohol Poisoning occurring. "B" Class the user is capable of drinking 9 Liters before under going Alcohol Poisoning. "A" Class is 11, and "S" Class is 13. This counts per day.
Description: Tiny = Half a Liter, Small = 1 Liter, Medium = 2 Liters, Large = 5 Liters, Huge = 60 Liters. The user is only allowed to drink 2 Liters for maximum effect. There is no effect past then that of two meters. For Half a Liter of a drink the user begins to start drinking. They begin to take in the effects. Their capability of enduring is slightly stronger. Their Endurance is point five times stronger against techniques that deals with bludgeoning techniques, or elemental techniques that does not draw one's blood. One Liter enables the user to have endurance of one times towards Bludgeoning Techniques or Elemental Techniques that does not draw blood. This goes up all the way to Two Liters. Two Liters gives endurance of two times normal rate. Every time when the user draws blood from a piercing, or slashing attack, it takes away the effects of one liter. This does not get confused on how much a person can confuse, just the endurance level. The Alcohol Level is still the same, and does not go down. The user must wait a full day before the Alcohol consumption to reset among itself. The Alcohol Level of effectiveness goes down Half a Liter Per Hour, but not Alcohol Consumption.
Limit: Anyone is capable of buying. The effects only happens to those who is a Drunken Fighter. Whenever someone orders a drink, they must spend this much in any restaurant, inn, or any other place that serves drinks.

Description: A Scroll of the world map that is known so far. The map is designed to help People move from one place to another in moving without getting to lost. Important Cities such as the Capital Cities are marked up. No Hidden Villages are marked. The only way to actually remember a Hidden Village location is first having this map. Any other way is void unless you are part of that village.

Doka (Fire Pots)

Effect: A small pot used keep a person warm, or parts of the body warm when needed.
Special: ---
Drawback: Runs out after twelve hours.
Description: A small ceramic pot that is the size of two inches in a sphere. Inside the Sphere is a specialized liquid that activates when heated. The liquid when heated slightly then begins to heat up the ceramic pot emitting warmth. The warmth lasts for twelve hours, but its not hotter then what a human can take. A user is able to keep it within their clothing in order to keep themselves warm. The Doka is used in order to keep their hands warm, their body parts warm. When applying a small piece of chakra to the pot it can be used to light up a fire as well.
Limit: Capable of being bought at any Accessory Shop

Crystal Ball

Effect: An Item used for spying, as well as fortune telling. An item needed for using as a spying technique.

Karuto no Ninmojijouhou (Ninja Info Card)
Rank: "D" Rank
Type: Secondary, Card, 5 per slot.
Effect: A set of cards, usually kept within a large deck, that, with the right techniques, allows the user to record information upon the card, conceal it, and reveal it again later.
Special: Must learn the jutsu associated with the cards in order to utilize them.
Drawback: If other shinobi know the techniques required to read the Ninja Info Card, then they are capable of reading the information upon the card.
Description: A Ninja Info Card is a small rectangular piece of paper, thick enough to not be flimsy but still thin enough to stack a large number of them together into a deck. This thickness is of about the same consistency as a regular playing card. The cards are two inches wide by three inches tall. The back of the card is orange, with a white circle in the center with the Kanji for "Information" on it. The front side is a blank, white card. With the correct techniques, the user is capable of placing information onto the Ninja Info Card, concealing it, and then revealing it again at a later date.
Limit: May be purchased in any store.
Cost: 5 Cards for 300 Ryo.

Kaifu Tayori (Transmit Information)
Rank: "D" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to transcribe information onto the Ninja Info Card with ease.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Each card is only capable of holding so much information. What you put onto the card appears as if you had written or drawn it, meaning that the smaller you make the information on the card, the more difficult it is to read. Can only be used with Ninja Info Cards.
Description: A technique that is used by shinobi with the Ninja Info Cards, this ability allows the user to, after performing the handseals, think about information that they have received. Then, touching the Ninja Info Card, the information will be transcribed onto the Ninja Info Card, where it shall remain until it is erased, or the card is lost or destroyed.
Limit: Must have Ninja Info Cards.

Kesu Tayori (Erase Information)
Rank: "D" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Allows the user to release whatever chakra imprint has been left upon a Ninja Info Card, permanently erasing whatever information was on the card.
Special: "Hand Seals"
Drawback: Once the information has been erased, it is impossible to recall, meaning that if you forget something and erase the card, then the information is lost forever. Cards must be within ten meters of the user, and must be within sight of the user.
Description: A technique that is used with the Ninja Info Cards. This ability allows the user to completely erase a Ninja Info Card, eradicating any information that may have been on it. Unlike the Transmit Information technique, which can only be used card by card, this ability is capable of targeting multiple cards at once, and as such can be used in case the cards get stolen so that the information obtained is not given to the enemy. It is mostly used, though, to erase old information so that new information can be put on. If the user is actually looking at a card, they are capable of erasing only specific parts of the information so that not all information is lost, but otherwise the whole card is wiped clear.
Limit: Must have Kaifu Tayori.

Fukumen Tayori (Veil Information)
Rank: "D" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Compresses the information placed onto a card, hiding it on the back of the card within the black of the kanji.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: The user must touch each card that they wish to use this ability on. However, they can maintain the technique and touch many cards and then choose to deactivate the technique. Drains an "E" Rank amount of chakra per turn that the user holds the technique.
Description: A ninjutsu technique for those who use the Ninja Info Cards, the user is capable of hiding the information on the cards from all except who know the technique's secret. The user will perform the technique, channeling chakra into their hands. Then, touching a Ninja Info Card, the chakra will enter the card and compress all of the visual information placed upon the card, moving it to the back of the card, within the black of the kanji so that it cannot be seen. With another technique, the information can be called to the front of the card once more.
Limit: Must have Ninja Info Cards.

Hireki Tayori (Reveal Information)
Rank: "D" Rank
Skill: Ninjutsu
Effect: Calls the information hidden on a Ninja Info Card out into the open.
Special: "Handseals"
Drawback: Must be touching a card in order to reveal the information. The user is capable of holding the technique and touching additional cards, however. Drains an "E" Rank amount of chakra per turn that the user holds the technique.
Description: A ninjutsu technique for those who use the Ninja Info Cards, the user is capable of revealing the information hidden away on Ninja Info Cards. The user will perform the technique, channeling chakra to their hands. Then, touching the Ninja Info Card, the chakra will enter the back of the card, calling the information to the front of the card and decompressing it so that it is returned to its' original state. In this way, the user is capable of reading the information that has been stored on a Ninja Info Card.
Limit: Must know Fukumen Tayori.

Black Multi-functional Adhesive Tactical Strips (B.M.F.A.T.S, aka Ninja tape)

Type: Secondary, 1 roll per slot, Accessory, Tape
Effect: Multi-use, single sided adhesive roll.
Special: Anyone may use this.
Drawback: May melt if set on fire. May be cut. Semi-water proof (depending on how you use it). Does not bear super heavy loads. Somewhat slow to unravel and use during battle (may make noise, adheres to itself if improperly used (See more below)
Description: Simple in design, yet very multi-functional. The ninja tape is a black, single-sided adhesive strip that is rolled onto a spool. This adhesive strip is very sticky, allowing for a great adhesion to almost any surface (excluding water). The strip itself is very strong and if used correctly, can ho,d up to 200lbs or so (via layering the ninja tape). The strip is roughly 1 inch in thickness, and can be cut to varying lengths by the user. A single spool contains 20 feet of ninja tape. The ninja tape has a wide variety of uses, from being used to silence enemies, being used to bind and restrain foes, or even be used to serve simple medical needs (has been proven to prevent minor bleeding from cuts when applied directly to wound, though no healing properties other then the users has been noted). The ninja tape can be used to patch up certain clothing/items, set certain simple traps...the list is endless....
Limit: Sold in every general store
Cost: 1 roll costs 250 yen, and consumes 1 secondary slot

Tracking Needle

Effect: Leaks green dye used for tracking.
Special: 3 per 1 slot, Equipment, Tracker
Drawback: Dye disappears once the wound is treated. Need MPGs to track the dye.
Description: Looking like any basic senbon needle this weapon is filled with a neon green dye that begins to inject into the wound once thrown. As long as the wound is not tended to the wound will continue to leak this neon green dye that will enable the target to be tracked by following the dye trail.

Description: This is a pair of items looking exactly like standard contacts, little pieces of glass to fit in the eye. They don't modify the wearer's vision at all, but they do allow a little espionage. One of the lens holds a tiny camera, allowing the wearing to take snapshots with minute chakra activation. The second lens holds a video recorder, allowing the user to record up to ten posts of film before having to transfer the information to a Computer.

Description: A stick that slowly burns down creating sparks that fly off in a pretty fashion. The D rank is very thin and is relatively safe to everyone it lasts 5 posts before going out. The C rank has a thick base that is good for gripping and is thick enough to inscribe a seal on it also lasts 7 posts before going out due to it being longer then the D rank version.
Limit: Can Be Purchased Anywhere, Cannot Start without fire
Cost: D rank 100 ryo each, C rank 700 Ryo each.

Snaps

Type: Secondary Firework
Effect: Creates a small non-harmful flash and a loud popping noise C rank emits a small flame that does negligible damage.
Special: D rank 20 per slot, C rank 10 per slot
Drawback: destroyed when used.
Description: Little white packages that make snapping noised and emit a small flash when they are slammed upon a surface. The D rank is harmless and are used as a form of entertainment. The C rank is larger and emits a small flame that is harmless, however due to increased size one can add a piece of paper to add a seal to inside each of them.

Effect: Rocket shaped cone that expels fire from the base to be propelled in the air where it explodes in a flash of colors.

Drawback: Destroyed after use, takes 3 seconds to ignite.
Description: Rocket shaped cone that expels fire from the base to be propelled in the air where it explodes in a flash of colors. The Rockets have a fuse that after igniting travel through the core of the rocket for 3 seconds before finally reaching the ignition point that activates the rocket. This means a person using a jutsu with the rocket must time their handseals to be formed at the right time or risk messing up the jutsu. The higher the rank the larger the explosion is in the air. D rank is a small explosion that is normally accompanied by a loud bang, C rank is a bit larger explosion and will normally only consist of one color of sparks being expelled, B rank is much larger explosion and can have many colors of sparks in it. The A rank is special and is only used in high level Jutsus and must be made to order.

Description: This carrier fits on the back and can hold 20 Rocket type fireworks, it has four unfolding legs that can be used to set it on the ground quickly and allows the user to light the rockets in rapid secession. If one uses it this way there is a 30% chance it will be burned up and from then on be useless. One can extract rockets from it as quickly as if drawing a sword form a scabbard on ones back while they have this on.
